The Bold and the Beautiful's Ashley Jones shared some fabulous news on social media: she will soon be returning as her beloved character Bridget Forrester!
The actress made an Instagram post that announced her exciting casting news and included a photo of a B&B script with her character's name on it. Along with mentioning that she is very happy to be back at the show she originally joined in 2004, Jones also teased that her son, Hayden, acted as her personal assistant for the day.
"Had the best assistant at work today, but he got slightly confused where we were... so I lowered his fee," she jokes. "It backfired, though, cause he thought it was GREAT MONEY! Swipe to see... and v happy to be here!"

At this time, it's unclear how long Bridget will be staying on the canvas or what brings the character back to the fold. However, Soap Opera Digest reports that her return airdate will be Monday, March 30.
Jones got her start in the soap opera world by playing the role of The Young and the Restless' Megan Dennison from 1997 to 2000. She went on to become a staple on The Bold and the Beautiful as Bridget Forrester, a role which she has played on-again, off-again since 2004. Her last appearance on B&B was during Christmas in 2018. Jones also played the recurring role of General Hospital's Parker Forsythe, a professor who developed a romantic connection with her student Kristina (Lexi Ainsworth), from 2016 to 2017.
