Fortune's Looney Hand: The Bold and the Beautiful Two Scoops for the Week of June 30, 2025

Luna once again took center stage on The Bold and the Beautiful this week as all anyone could talk about was how crazy Luna was. And it turned out they were right. It was only full display, as always, so that's why we didn't need everyone else to tell us she was crazy ad nauseum. We know, guys. We know.

We guess Luna is a very selective murderer, because she just let Will go as soon as she realized he had been setting her up. Sure, she pulled a gun on him, but it's awfully clear that Luna just likes casually holding it and is not ready to actually aim it at anyone. But Luna was not deterred just cause her hottie didn't want her. She turned her focus right back to her awesome and cool dad, who is the best person on the whole entire Earth.

Luna got ready for action in her green leather "Get Steffy" get-up that shows she means business. The only thing she was missing was the cap and a ponytail as she cried over photos of Finn while sitting in Grandma Sheila's itty bitty apartment. Luna didn't spend long listening to Sheila try to reason with her because reason was not on Luna's mind. Revenge was so she had some business to take care of.

Miss Dylan is...not very bright

Only a complete dunderhead would meet a strange girl on the beach and invite her to teach preschoolers how to do origami because she admired a paper crane. Heck, she didn't even know Luna's name before she offered the gig. When she asked Luna's name, "Sunshine" was good enough. No last name. No background check. Just come on by, creepy young lady, and teach the kids how to fold some paper.

Well, Miss Dylan sure knows Sunshine's real name now because she can hear Sheila and Steffy repeating "Luna" over and over again, because that is all anyone Steffy or Steffy-adjacent can say. We are sure Miss Dylan will never stop repeating Luna's name once she is out of this mess, as she tells her friends and family she never watches the news, so she was dumb enough to invite a sociopathic double murderer to teach origami.

About that fortune teller

If Miss Dylan isn't very bright, then neither are Taylor and Steffy because, woo boy, Luna could not have made it more obvious if she tried. Of course, Luna was Miss Sunshine, you dummies. The sun and the moon drawings were as obvious as you could get. The broken heart and the girl with Xs on her eyes were just icing on the cake. They were like bonus hints, and these two dingbat women still didn't get it.

Even when Miss Dylan asked Steffy to stop by the art school beach house, Steffy still didn't get it. When Luna had to reveal the truth by just standing there in front of Steffy with a maniacal look on her face, it STILL took Steffy several minutes to realize she was talking to Miss Sunshine. Really, Steffy? Really?

OMG, stop talking!

Perhaps Will should never have told his mom about his misadventure with Luna, because oh my, did Katie ever have a cow! She had to tell Will that Luna was crazy or she wouldn't belong on this show if she didn't, but Electra sure didn't help matters as she described the horrible scene she watched from a laptop at Steffy's kitchen table, so Electra also needed to just pipe down.

Taylor also wouldn't let poor Sheila get a word in edgewise. (We also can't believe we just typed the phrase "Poor Sheila," yet here we are.) Was Taylor's attitude toward Sheila just her trying to overcompensate for not realizing Sheila was nuts in 2022 when she shot Steffy and Finn? Somehow (the love of a good man, maybe?), Sheila has mellowed a lot since then, so we were kinda on her side this week. Yes, strange things sometimes do happen.

Liam remembers he's sick

Liam spent so many weeks talking about Luna that he seemed to forget he was actually dying. Thankfully, Hope remembered, so she once again had to stress to Liam that he is a very selfish dying man. Hope is right that it's essentially cruel not to tell a close family member that you are dying. The people we leave behind in the world have to learn to go on. Closure helps with that and people can't have closure if they have no damn idea what is going on.

As expected, that conversation didn't last very long because Liam had to return us to our regularly scheduled programming and tell us that Luna is crazy and Steffy is in danger because we wouldn't have known that otherwise. Ridge even got to chime in, while leaving Hope and Liam with this gem. He was glad that Liam would always be around and there for his daughters. See, Liam? If more people knew what was going on, they wouldn't say things like that.

Are the Buckinghams making a comeback?

It looks like B&B is about to introduce a new story arc, and Grace Buckingham will get to do something aside from worrying about Liam. Of course, on the surface, that is all she is doing. In fact, she seems borderline obsessed, and she isn't even an official member of Liam's neuro team.

But she also kept getting texts, as well as a very disturbing phone call. Finn could tell something was bothering Grace and brought up her past with baby switcher, Reese. Those scenes weren't for nothing, so it looks like we might be getting past this Luna arc any day now...

Till next week, Scoopers, when everyone will tell us that Luna is crazy. We're sure of it.
