Katherine Kelly Lang takes Europe and Jack Wagner returns as The Bold and the Beautiful films in Italy

The Bold and the Beautiful has returned to Italy, and photos are starting to be shared of their on-location filming — especially Katherine Kelly Lang who has taken over Europe by storm.

Cast members and crew from The Bold and the Beautiful are in Italy to film episodes that we’ll see this summer, and we’re getting a first glimpse into the on location shoot.

B&B Supervising Producer Casey Kasprzyk caught our attention with a photo of some tasty gelato, but then he went and shared photos of the beautiful Italian surroundings — and now we’re just jealous.

In Naples filming are Katherine Kelly Lang (Brooke Logan), John McCook (Eric Forrester), Thorsten Kaye (Ridge Forrester), and Jack Wagner, who is returning to the show as Nick Marone — the half-brother of Ridge, and the ex of both Brooke and her daughter, Bridget. Does this mean we’ll see Ashley Jones soon as well? Or is Brooke going to make Ridge jealous by reconnecting with Nick?

The Bold and the Beautiful is filming from May 28th until the 31st, and hired local cast and crew collaborating with Rome-based Cannizzo Produzioni production company. Multiple episodes filmed in Naples and Capri will air in the U.S. this year in July. Audiences in Italy will see the episodes in 2026.

The team is filming in both Naples and Capri, and doing a special public event in Naples at the Castel Nuovo on Saturday, May 31st, from 2 to 5 p.m. The Bold and the Beautiful has immense popularity in Italy, and has filmed there more than in any other foreign country. Five previous Italian shoots have taken place in Lake Como (1997), Venice (1999), Portofino (2002), the region of Puglia (2012) and Rome (2023).

Since signing earlier this year with Alessio Filippelli, a public relations and branding expert, Katherine Kelly Lang has been taking on new projects outside of her role as Brooke Logan.

From daring and provocative new looks on the covers of magazines, to awards and photo shoots, Lang even has a documentary in the works called, Beyond the Lens: Katherine Kelly Lang. “When you are in front of the camera, you’re not just a body. You are energy. You are…your story,” Lang narrates in the film promos.

Lang’s second home seems to be Italy these days. She posts often from the country, and shared when she was looking for a house to buy there. Additionally, Filippelli shared some experiences with her on his Instagram, including of when they were walking the red carpet at the Cannes Film Festival, meeting with Albert II, Prince of Monaco, and footage of being pulled over by the Italian police — only so they could get a photo with the actress.
