On The Bold and the Beautiful tomorrow, Friday, July 25, 2025, Sheila shows off her missing toes, and Taylor makes a suggestion to Nick about Brooke. Meanwhile, Bridget and Finn want some answers and know that something about Liam's diagnosis and surgery is really off. We’ve got the photo spoilers for what’s coming up.

What to expect on The Bold and the Beautiful

Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) has been crediting Liam (Scott Clifton) for saving her life when she found herself on the wrong end of Luna's (Lisa Yamada) gun. But there's someone else who was a heroine that day: Sheila (Kimberlin Brown). After her visit from Finn (Tanner Novlan), Sheila is happy to visit Liam at Bill's (Don Diamont) mansion. Not to be outdone with sacrifices made to save her sorta daughter-in-law, Sheila happily shows off her newest missing toe.

Steffy and Liam may not thoroughly enjoy Sheila's visit, but despite the uncomfortable friendliness, Steffy, for once, can see another side to Sheila that she may not have known existed: one where she's not a target of Sheila's wrath. On Friday, Steffy gives Sheila hope — but is she actually ready to consider letting Sheila be in Finn and Hayes' (Bryan David Garlick) lives?

Bridget (Ashley Jones) has been having some flashbacks to Grace (Cassandra Creech) telling everyone that Liam had an inoperable mass. They trusted her word as a respected doctor, so how and why did Grace pull off saving Liam's life with a secret surgery to remove the tumor? Bridget goes to Finn with her concerns.

Finn agrees with Bridget that something is very off with Grace, and this whole secret operation in another clinic doesn't make sense — nor does Grace discharging Liam to Bill's home care immediately after two surgeries.
