Ashley Jones, who has been bringing Bridget Forrester to life on The Bold and the Beautiful off and on since 2004, has a big reason to celebrate. It's her birthday.

Jones was born on September 3rd in Memphis, TN, but grew up in Texas, where her father was a minister. Jones began acting at an early age and was just five years old when she appeared in her first commercial. After multiple theater roles, Jones moved to Los Angeles, where she landed the part of Megan Dennison on The Young and the Restless in 1997 at just 21 years old.

During the three years she played Megan, Jones earned two Daytime Emmy nominations before leaving the soap and joining its sister soap, The Bold and the Beautiful. After Jennifer Finnegan left the role of Bridget behind, Jones became Brook Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) and Eric Forrester's (John McCook) daughter.

Jones has played the character on and off ever since, but has also ventured into other projects. From 2015 to 2016, Jones recurred as Parker Forsyth, the professor whom Kristina Corinthos-Davis (then played by Lexie Ainsworth) fell in love with. Jones' Parker was a big part of Kristina's coming-out story. Eventually, Parker and Kristina left town together, but Kristina returned after they broke up.

Jones was married to Noah Nelson from 2002-2009. She wed Joel Hendricks in 2016 and gave birth to the couple's son later that year. Jones and Hendricks split in 2019.

As a younger Bridget Forrester, Jones found herself competing with her mother for Nick Marone's (Jack Wagner) affections, but in recent years, she has settled into a peaceful life as a doctor. Whenever a major character has a major health crisis, Bridget is there, ready and willing to handle the task at hand.

Recently, Bridget was involved with Liam's tumor story and also performed surgery on Luna Nozawa (Lisa Yamada), along with Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda).

When not appearing on The Bold and the Beautiful, Jones is a devoted mom involved with outside projects. In September of 2025, she will debut in the Lifetime movie The Girl Who Survived: The Alina Thompson Story, which she starred in and produced.

Soap Central wishes Ashley Jones a very happy birthday and many more.
