The Bold and the Beautiful is getting a change in leadership as longtime supervising producer Casey Kasprzyk has been promoted to co-executive producer, along with Bradley Bell.
The Bold and the Beautiful's big change

Kasprzyk will be the first B&B executive producer who is not a member of the Bell family. The soap's first executive producer was William J. Bell, the show's creator. Soon after the show premiered in 1987, Lee Philip Bell produced the soap along with her husband, a partnership that lasted for eight years.
In 1996, Bradley Bell took over for his parents and has been steering the fictional fashion ship for nearly 30 years.
"Twenty-two years ago, Casey Kasprzyk joined The Bold and the Beautiful at the front desk," Bell said in an email to the cast and crew of the 38-year-old soap, according to Deadline. "Since then, Casey has flourished in every level of production.
"Casey’s commitment and dedication to The Bold and the Beautiful has been extraordinary,” Bell continued. "Casey’s creative accomplishments are too vast to quantify, as he has continually elevated the show to new heights."
Kasprzyk takes over with stories galore to helm

When Kasprzyk assumes this new big role, he will have a plethora of active stories to guide, including Luna's (Lisa Yamada) surprise pregnancy, Hope's (Annika Noelle) new-old life with Liam (Scott Clifton), and Sheila's (Kimberlin Brown) and Deacon's (Sean Kanan) marital problems with fashion all around.
Currently, the biggest story is Luna's latest prison stint. She's doing everything she can to get released from prison, while faking attacks and thinking her pregnancy will take care of it all.
Kasprzyk is well-versed in everything B&B, as he has been working there since 2003. He became an associate producer in 2008 and has served as supervising producer since 2014. He can often be found on social media promoting the soap, especially its many elaborate fashion shows and location shoots.
The producer is also the host of Bold Live!, a YouTube show in which he interviews the show's stars, while also taking questions from the audience. Kasprzyk will be producing alongside Brad Bell, who will also retain his head writing duties.
