On The Bold and the Beautiful, Crew Morrow‘s been keeping busy as Will Spencer, heroic boyfriend of Electra Forrester. While Will knows how to play his cards close to his chest, Morrow’s other role has him as a Wildcard.
The Bold and the Beautiful’s Crew Morrow's new role

Crew Morrow (Will Spencer) is starring in the new legal thriller, Wildcards. The feature film is being released tomorrow, July 4th. Morrow took to his Instagram to show a promo poster of Wes Miller's (A Day to Die and Call Her King) film, which is premiering July 5th at 11:15am at the Essence Festival of Culture in New Orleans, Louisiana. According to the film’s description on IMDb, “Contrasting jurors debate evidence intensely as deliberations unfold. An enigmatic Wildcard witness emerges, claiming truth about the night, sparking turmoil. Her ties to the accused raise questions of bias and justice.”
Written and directed by Miller, the movie also stars Leon (A Day to Die, The Temptations) and Elise Neal (Logan, The Black Hamptons), Aries Spears (Mad TV), and Stakiah Lynn Washington (Angel City).
A very different role for Crew Morrow

Morrow plays Theodore Sterling, a “privileged young man accused of sexual assault of a 20-something African-American woman (Lynn Washington).” The movie follows the Assistant State Attorney (Spears) and the defense attorney (Leon), as well as the jury members, as they deliberate.
The official synopsis is described as: “As the jury weighs the evidence, their contrasting backgrounds and beliefs ignite fierce debates, amplifying the tension inside the deliberation room. Meanwhile, the emergence of a Wildcard, an enigmatic witness claiming to know the truth about the night in question, throws the case into turmoil. Her connection to the accused and her motives add a layer of uncertainty, raising critical questions about bias, privilege, and the pursuit of justice.”
“I’ve always loved legal thrillers, and I’m excited to work with this insanely talented cast to bring this piece to life. For me, it examines the discourse in our country and says more about what we can do together, than apart, wrapped in a fast-paced, commercially viable thriller, director Wes Miller told Deadline in December 2024.
BLacklight is financing the film, which Leon is producing along with Andrew van den Houten, Wes Miller, and Joseph O’Connor.
