The Bold and the Beautiful What-to-Watch Moments, May 14: Liam's heart breaks for Hope and his daughters

What to expect on The Bold and the Beautiful

Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) warned Hope (Annika Noelle) that Liam (Scott Clifton) couldn't know she spilled the beans about Liam's brain tumor, but that didn't stop Hope from becoming a hot mess as soon as Liam walked through the door. She tried to keep it together and pretend she just missed Liam, but the more she cried and spoke poignant words, it became apparent to Liam that Hope knew he was dying.

Liam is now relieved that the truth is out there, and he doesn't have to go through the pain of telling Hope. She is there to support him, which only reminds Liam of how much he loves Hope and how painful it is knowing he only has a short amount of time left with her, Beth, and Kelly. Liam lives for his daughters and is not sure how he is going to bear leaving them.

Hope is not sure how she is going to handle it when Liam is gone, so she wants to spend every moment that she can with him to make up for lost time. Carter (Lawrence Saint-Victor) seems to be the last person on her mind.

Carter is trying his best to be patient with Hope, but at least she has given him some hope, so to speak. She invited him over and told Carter that she missed him but still needed time. Carter vowed to give Hope all the time she needs and to never hurt her again.

Deacon is not so sure that Carter is the right man for Hope, but Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) wants to see Hope and Carter together. When Carter once again tells Brooke how much he wants Hope back, she gives him all the encouragement he needs. Brooke knows a thing or two about not giving up and doing all you can to be with the person she loves.
