What to expect on The Bold and the Beautiful
What a reversal of romance fortune for Carter (Lawrence Saint-Victor). A week ago, he was beside himself thinking that Hope (Annika Noelle) wanted Liam (Scott Clifton). He was even ready to see what could happen with Daphne Rose (Murielle Hilaire). Now, Hope is back in his life and wants to start fresh. Yes, he is not happy about Liam's plight, but he is grateful that Liam's illness made Hope see that she should forgive him.
As Hope and Carter enjoy a romantic evening in his loft, Carter stuns Hope by getting down on one knee and pulling out a ring. Is this a repeat of Thomas (Matthew Atkinson) sitting on the couch with Hope while she wore a black slinky jumpsuit, suddenly getting down on one knee to propose? Hope ended up wearing that ring around her neck for months before Carter gave up.
Perhaps Hope is ready to give marriage another chance now and won't break Carter's heart the way she broke Thomas'.
Daphne departs
Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) is shocked when Daphne tells her that there is nothing left for her in Los Angeles, so she is hopping a flight back to Paris. She doesn't understand why Hope is back in everyone's lives and needs to forget about her time in L.A.
Steffy tries to talk Daphne out of it, but her mind is made up. She boards the Forrester jet and has a fascinating encounter with Captain Deuce Stevens (guest star Tom Arnold).
More trouble for Liam
While Hope is with Carter and Steffy is at work, Finn (Tanner Novlan) and Liam spend some more BFF bonding time at the cliff house. Liam appears to have another episode that unnerves both him and Finn.

Finn also has a request for Liam. Does he want him to finally tell his family what is going on? Dollar Bill (Don Diamont) and his brothers have a right to know Liam is ill and be there for him. That is what family is for, and Liam needs all the support he can get.
