Liam (Scott Clifton) is determined to live whatever life he has left to the fullest and embrace every moment. He has been hesitant to accept the reality of his situation, but is at least willing to stay with Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and Finn (Tanner Novlan) so they can keep an eye on him, and it's a good thing.

Liam's condition seems to be deteriorating, but at least he has a doctor right by his side when he starts to feel dizzy. Liam's neuro team wants him back in the hospital ASAP, but he refuses. He is not about to spend whatever time he has left on the Earth lying in a hospital bed when he has two daughters he wants to be with.

However, the dizzy spell forces both Liam and Steffy to start to accept that Liam is going to need a lot of help going forward. Is the tumor progressing faster than anyone ever expected? Maybe Liam's doctors could find that out if he ever decided to return to the hospital.

Steffy still feels that Hope (Annika Noelle) needs to know the truth. Seeing Liam unsteady on his feet confirms that for Steffy, but can Liam get the words out?

Liam decides to see Hope again for the second time in one soap opera day when he stops by Brooke's (Katherine Kelly Lang) place. Even Deacon (Sean Kanan) is there. Deacon has become one of Liam's cheerleaders of late and doesn't want Hope back to Carter (Lawrence Saint-Victor), so how will he feel to learn that Liam has encouraged that and Hope has given it some thought?

When Hope and Liam get some time alone together, will Hope tell Liam that she met with Carter and things went better than she expected? Will Liam tell Hope that he has an inoperable brain tumor and is dying? It will be the hardest words he will ever have to speak, and the most shocking news Hope has ever gotten.
