The Bold and the Beautiful's Wayne Brady opens up about what fans can expect from Zoe's dad, Dr. Reese Buckingham -- including a possible romance with Taylor Hayes (Hunter Tylo).

CBS Daytime audiences are now getting twice the amount of Wayne Brady, with the Let's Make A Deal host having officially made his debut as series regular The Bold and the Beautiful character Dr. Reese Buckingham. But what can fans expect from the new player on the canvas?

Brady, who landed his B&B role after his real-life daughter, Maile, made a guest appearance on the CBS drama series, says Dr. Buckingham is "a charming guy who comes to town and impresses a lot of people" -- but there's more to his story than meets the eye.

"He looks like a successful man, but there's something [mysterious] about him," Brady reveals to TV Insider. "He wants to make amends with his daughter Zoe (Kiara Barnes). Everything he says and does is because he loves his daughter more than anything, which is something I can identify with!"

Though Dr. Buckingham's focus initially centers on his daughter, Brady teases that his new B&B alter ego crosses paths with psychiatrist Taylor Hayes (Hunter Tylo) -- which has many fans wondering if romance will blossom between the two doctors.

Brady wasn't able to confirm whether or not a romance is on the horizon (he jokes that he can't even give his own mom any insider info), but he does say that working with Tylo is a real treat.

"I'd never met her before, but I realized after being on set with her that Hunter is the ultimate soap vet," he says. "She's so gifted at what she does. She's amazing, the best."
