The Bold and the Beautiful is reportedly bringing back the character of Thomas Forrester, but he'll have a new face when he returns to the series later this year.
Daytime Confidential reports that the powers that be at the CBS soap opera have put out a casting call for the role of Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) and Taylor's (Hunter Tylo) son, meaning former portrayer Pierson Fodé won't be reprising the role he played from 2015 to 2017 and once again for a brief story arc in 2018.
The details of the casting call include the caveat that only actors with strong credits need apply, meaning viewers can likely look forward to Thomas being front and center in storylines once more. Of course, the character's impending return is likely to throw a wrench in the relationship between Sally (Courtney Hope) and Wyatt (Darin Brooks), who got together after Thomas left town. But then again, Sally and Wyatt may already be in trouble due to Ingo Rademacher's upcoming exit as Katie's new husband, Thorne. Katie (Heather Tom) might find herself single once more, and there's no denying she shares super-hot chemistry with former fiancé Wyatt.
To find out what's ahead for Sally, Wyatt, and Katie when Thomas returns to town, keep checking back to Soap Central for updates as they come.
