Welcome to The Bold and the Beautiful Daily Y.A.P.P. (Your After-Program Ponderings) for a quick — and by that, I mean you’re already halfway done — recap of the most amazing or what-the-heck-did-we-just-watch moments on today’s episode. Let’s get to it:
What happened on The Bold and the Beautiful
The Bold and the Beautiful is now repeating two cringeworthy sexual stories in one cringeworthy plot. Will just had sex with Luna, thinking she was Electra because she was wearing the same mask as Electra. This was very similar to when Brooke had sex with Oliver, thinking he was Ridge, because they were wearing the same mask. This is also the second time Luna has had to trick a man to get him to have sex with her. The first time, we thought she was unwittingly high because she had too many of her mother's magic mints and had sex with Zende, thinking he was RJ. The fandom thought poor, virginal Luna had been violated, but it turned out that Luna was the one violating Zende by pretending to be an innocent virgin who accidentally had sex with him. Now, Luna has violated Will by having sex with him when she knew he believed she was Electra. The Bold and the Beautiful has a habit of telling these types of stories, no matter how many times the show gets panned for it. They are never any more palatable than they were the first time or the tenth time. Let's not forget that Ridge once had sex with Brooke when she thought he was Nick. And Thomas had sex with Caroline when she was high on cold medicine. Now, B&B has told the same type of story with the same character two years in a row and we have had enough.
