The Bold and the Beautiful Daily YAPP Recap, December 2: Poor Katie! Ridge really needs to stop talking

Welcome to The Bold and the Beautiful Daily Y.A.P.P. (Your After-Program Ponderings) for a quick — and by that, I mean you’re already halfway done — recap of the most amazing or what-the-heck-did-we-just-watch moments on today’s episode. Let’s get to it:

What happened on The Bold and the Beautiful

Katie: I was even CEO.

Ridge: Yeah, that was a dark time in our history.

Wait, hold up here. Did Ridge really say that on the December 2, 2025, episode of The Bold and the Beautiful? Yes, he sure did. And when he did, our jaws were on the floor. Yes, he clarified the statement, saying it was a bad time when Bill took over Forrester Creations, but he had already dug his hole and really needed to stop talking. Since Katie is back with Bill, lobbing a half-handed insult at Bill after just uttering those words to Katie was not the way to go. And Katie was trying to defend herself when she pointed out she had once been CEO of FC. She was also a pretty good PR person who never had trouble with her job before, but now she has suddenly been usurped without even being consulted. Not even Brooke was on her own sister's side, which was just plain rude and disloyal. She even seemed condescending when talking to Katie. It's a good thing that Bill has an offer on the table for her because Katie needs to leave those Forrester ingrates in the dust and run to Spencer Publications. And Ridge? He needs to stick to designing dresses and just stop talking because it rarely ends well.
