Welcome to The Bold and the Beautiful Daily Y.A.P.P. (Your After-Program Ponderings) for a quick — and by that, I mean you’re already halfway done — recap of the most amazing or what-the-heck-did-we-just-watch moments on today’s episode. Let’s get to it:
What happened on The Bold and the Beautiful
Soaps' queen of no self-awareness is at it again, as our precious Steffy puts on her vapid little smile and notes how horrible it is for her grandfather to lose his company for a few months during his last year before retirement. We had almost forgotten that Hope and Carter took over Forrester Creations this year for some ridiculous reason until Steffy reminded us. She was so sad that Granddad had to live with that takeover the same year that he retired. Did it occur to Steffy that the only reason Eric is retiring is that she and Ridge forced him to do it against their will? Of course not. Because in Steffy and Ridge's worlds, they never do anything wrong. Someone should also teach Steffy that volunteering to help the less fortunate once a year does not a good person make. At least Steffy taught her kids how to be good people because they don't want anything for Christmas except to give back to others, since Kelly and Hayes are clearly the most realistic kids on soaps. Hopefully, Eric gets revenge on all of these awful people around him in 2026 by designing for Katie's new fashion house. Someone must want his superior couture designs, right? The bottom line is, the Forresters need to treat Eric like a human being next year. Can they do it?
