Welcome to The Bold and the Beautiful Daily Y.A.P.P. (Your After-Program Ponderings) for a quick — and by that, I mean you’re already halfway done — recap of the most amazing or what-the-heck-did-we-just-watch moments on today’s episode. Let’s get to it:
What happened on The Bold and the Beautiful
We have a love-hate relationship with Brooke Logan, and apparently, so does her sister, Katie. We were TeamBrooke when she read Hope for filth after the Forrester takeover, but now we are firmly TeamKatie when it comes to "Logan" and Katie's new fashion house. Brooke has been nothing but condescending to her sister, predicting her failure and almost cackling about it with Ridge, who also predicted her failure. So, when Katie dreamed up a nightmare version of Brooke, cackling at a disastrous fashion show, she was pretty on the money. While Brooke might not laugh loudly and outrageously if Katie's first fashion foray goes south, there is little doubt she will, at the very least, quietly snicker and tell her sister, "I told you so," as that is just who Brooke is. Brooke can't imagine that anyone could be more successful than her in the fashion world, despite Brooke never once picking up a pencil to actually design a gown, even once in her life. Sure, she is a brilliant chemist who created a wrinkle-free fabric, but that's about all Brooke has ever done aside from prancing down runways in virginal white wedding gowns and sexy little teddies. As Katie's nerves keep growing and growing, we can see Brooke's hubris (and Ridge's as well), growing right along with it.
