Welcome to The Bold and the Beautiful Daily Y.A.P.P. (Your After-Program Ponderings) for a quick — and by that, I mean you’re already halfway done — recap of the most amazing or what-the-heck-did-we-just-watch moments on today’s episode. Ridge and Brooke just crossed a line by belittling Katie's new venture. Let’s get to it:
What happened on The Bold and the Beautiful

What is with everyone at Forrester Creations actively trying to pretend that Katie doesn't have any rights to her last name? While their argument made some sort of sense about the ability to use 'Logan' prior to Spencer securing the trademark, nothing about it makes sense now. Katie owns the right to use Logan free and clear, and they did everything by The Bold and the Beautiful book! Brooke isn't the only member of her family to claim the name. Her inflated sense of self is entirely off-putting, and the way she allows her husband to belittle and degrade her sisters speaks volumes about why Katie left Forrester Creations in the first place. They never valued her. They only valued what Katie could do for them. As soon as Katie left to start her own company, they turned their backs on her and have gone out of their way to be cruel. Katie's having nightmare-fueled panic attacks in her office because her own sister believes she's destined for failure. None of this is okay. It wasn't right the way they treated Eric on his way out, and it isn't right what they're doing to Katie now. Ridge had nothing good to say about Katie's ability as a businesswoman in today's episode of The Bold and the Beautiful. This is the man Brooke has allowed in and out of her life for decades, only to return when he's bored with Taylor. She should be ashamed of herself for not having Katie's back like a real sister. Donna would NEVER.
