Welcome to The Bold and the Beautiful Daily Y.A.P.P. (Your After-Program Ponderings) for a quick — and by that, I mean you’re already halfway done — recap of the most amazing or what-the-heck-did-we-just-watch moments on today’s episode. Let’s get to it:

Carter Walton has done it again. He's gotten down on one knee to propose for the second time over the course of a year. That's because this is what Carter does. He asks any woman who even half-smiles at him to marry him, because there are few soap characters who just want to be married more than poor, unlucky-in-love Carter. At this point, Carter should put a pair of knee pads on his Christmas gift list; that's how often he gets down on one knee. It's like an Olympic sport for him at this point. (We literally laughed out loud when Carter said he didn't need a relationship to fulfill him.) Most of the time, women actually say yes to Carter's proposals, even knowing how often he does this. But not Daphne Rose, and we are proud. Daphne seems dumbfounded, and we hope she has enough respect for herself not to be another one of Carter's many fiancées who never quite make it to the "We now pronounce you man and wife" part (words that Carter knows well, considering how many Forrester living room weddings he has officiated). Will Daphne be the one to make Carter see that you can't just keep proposing to women, hoping one day you'll hit the right one? You need to mean it and know exactly what you are doing. And if you propose as frequently as Carter does, can you really be that much in love?
