Welcome to The Bold and the Beautiful Daily Y.A.P.P. (Your After-Program Ponderings) for a quick — and by that, I mean you’re already halfway done — recap of the most amazing or what-the-heck-did-we-just-watch moments on today’s episode. Let’s get to it:
What happened on The Bold and the Beautiful
Does The Bold and the Beautiful not know what an open mic night is? Do Sheila and Deacon not know? Typically, it's not a one-woman show that's been pre-planned. Most of the time, people just decide to sing, just as Daphne did the last time she performed at open mic night. Apparently, she was such a hit that she is now the only performer at open night mic who brings her own arrangements and works with her accompanist beforehand. Not that Daphne is not entertaining. It just seemed odd that she seemed to be the professional headliner at an amateur night, and everyone was breathlessly waiting to hear her. However, Daphne Rose night then turned into Taylor and Deacon night — and that's when things got super weird. Daphne's sultry song led to quite a fantasy for Taylor and Deacon that just seemed all sorts of wrong. At least, we were glad to know that what we saw in the preview was only just a fantasy, and Taylor and Deacon didn't find themselves in a sexy slow dance on the Il Giardino dance floor. The whole night was honestly bizarre, from the professional open night mic to the longing looks from Taylor and Deacon. Is Daphne going to embark on a new career now and leave the perfume biz behind?
