Welcome to The Bold and the Beautiful Daily Y.A.P.P. (Your After-Program Ponderings) for a quick — and by that, I mean you’re already halfway done — recap of the most amazing or what-the-heck-did-we-just-watch moments on today’s episode. Let’s get to it:

What happened on The Bold and the Beautiful

Having a character die for the second time in about four months and then having the same characters sit around "mourning" her by all essentially saying the same thing is...not good soap opera. Luna died over the summer. There was shock. There was relief. And there was even a giddy Poppy. So, rinse, repeat. We really just did this a few short months ago. Sheila can't believe her granddaughter is gone. Deacon thinks it's for the best because she killed the two best friends he barely knew. Finn is stunned. Steffy feels safe. Electra is glad. Will is relieved. We just did this. It's also fascinating that everyone is just taking Baker's word for it that Luna is really, most sincerely dead. If a character died a few short months ago and dies again, wouldn't you want to see the body? Get some sort of proof? Nope, these people just take it all at face value and act like it never happened before. We still want to know how the prison confirmed Luna's miscarriage when she was talking to her unborn child just before getting in the laundry cart and while in the laundry cart. This story feels like it was rewritten at least 15 times along the way, which would explain why it has more holes than the proverbial Swiss cheese.
