Welcome to The Bold and the Beautiful Daily Y.A.P.P. (Your After-Program Ponderings) for a quick — and by that, I mean you’re already halfway done — recap of the most amazing or what-the-heck-did-we-just-watch moments on today’s episode. Let’s get to it:
What happened on The Bold and the Beautiful
Luna's pregnancy is quite a miracle. A girl who had just been shot and spent weeks in a coma managed to sneak out, sneak into a party, sneak up to a room to rape a young man, and take a pregnancy test the very next day. It took a few more days for the test to become positive, and voila, two days later, she is far enough along to take a paternity test. This all happened in soap opera time, not real time. However, just yesterday, Katie repeated her mantra that they'd have to wait it out until Luna was far along enough for a paternity test. Amazingly, far along enough was the very next morning. What a miracle! Luna, who in soap time couldn't get a pregnancy test to turn positive three weeks ago, is not far enough along for a paternity test. At this rate, the kid will be born by November sweeps and a Forrester intern by May sweeps. Of course, Luna's pool plans were disrupted for this test, meaning Dollar Bill somehow got her a beach bag, a swimsuit, and brand-new sunglasses while she lives in his mansion. What a cartoon life that Luna lives. Everything she wants just magically appears as if she were some evil and dark version of Barbie. We've had enough at this point, but it feels like the Luna saga will never, ever end.
