The Bold and the Beautiful Recap, July 18, 2025: Liam is told of his fate when Bill gets his MRI results

At Forrester, Ridge and Taylor couldn’t help but talk about what happened and how Luna almost killed their daughter. Brooke came in and offered her support. Taylor said they would always be grateful to Liam for saving Steffy’s life. The conversation turned to Liam’s tumor, and they discussed what little time Liam had left and how it would affect Kelly and Beth.

Brooke questioned what would happen if Liam died when they were in Italy, and Hope and Steffy needed them. Ridge didn’t think they should postpone the trip until they found out more about Liam’s condition. Ridge said they would make decisions based on what was best forthe family. Taylor agreed they needed to stick together and be there for their girls, and Brooke concurred.

Across the hall, Will and Electra had a similar conversation, recounting what Luna did. Electra noted that Liam was a brave hero for saving Steffy. Katie came in, and they all lamented about Liam’s condition. Katie didn’t think it was fair that Liam was facing a death sentence instead of being rewarded for his heroism. Will was hopeful that something or someone could save Liam and cried that he wasn’t ready to lose his big brother.

At Bill’s, Hope, Steffy, and Finn showed up, wanting to see Liam. They pummeled Bill with questions about the procedure, why he took Liam home, why he didn’t consult with Finn for advice, and asked if he could really survive. Bill answered everything he could and said he was still waiting on the results. Bill brought them into the room, despite the nurse’s request. Bill said Liam needed to see Steffy and Hope when he woke up, as it would mean the world to him.

Finn checked Liam’s chart and was amazed that his numbers were already so good. Bill recalled how it all went down, but he couldn’t remember Dr. Adhikari’s name. He explained that it was quick, and they performed the procedure outside the hospital due to insurance policies regarding experimental treatments. Finn was astounded to learn that if the medical procedure was successful, Liam could live.

Bill reminded Finn that Liam wasn’t his patient and that Dr. Buckingham was competent without his input. Meanwhile, Liam started to wake up and was happy to see Hope and Steffy by his side. He asked where he was and they reminded him about the procedure. Just as Steffy and Hope were crying that they couldn’t lose Liam, Bill got a text message. It was the MRI results. Bill shared that Liam had a clean bill of health — the mass was completely gone.
