What happened on The Bold and the Beautiful

In Finn's office, Li and Finn once again argued about Luna. Li was furious to hear that Luna had shown up at Finn's house again after he had repeatedly told her not to. Poppy walked in and interrupted them, angering Li. "I came to see Finn about our daughter," she said.
"Luna is your daughter. You raised her. Turned her into what she's become," Li spat. Li ordered Finn to put Luna out of his mind, but Poppy wouldn't allow it. "I am worried. Things are building up inside of her. All this anger and resentment," Poppy said.
Finn and Li were a little surprised to hear that even Sheila was worried that Luna was losing it. "If anyone knows about unglued, it's Sheila Carter. She's as unhinged as her crazy granddaughter," Li said. Finn was a little more serious and asked Poppy what Sheila told her.
Poppy explained how Luna had sought out Sheila in an effort to forge a relationship with her grandmother, but now, even Sheila was worried. Li was sure that Poppy was being a bit over the top, setting Poppy off. "I came to tell you that Luna could be heading down a dark path, and you turn it back on me?" Poppy exclaimed.
Finn asked his mother and aunt to stop their bickering. He wanted to hear Poppy out, so she told them that Luna blamed Steffy for keeping her and Finn apart. "She feels that if Steffy were out of the way, she could finally have the kind of father-daughter relationship that she's always dreamed about," Poppy said.
Poppy expressed her gratitude that Luna had been given a second chance at freedom and fixing her life. "But to throw that all away? I don't want to believe that my daughter could do that," Poppy admitted. Li demanded that her sister talk some sense into Luna. "Just put her on a plane. Anything. Just make sure she never comes back," Li said.
Poppy asked if that was what Finn wanted. "What I want is for my wife not to have to live in fear," Finn said.
Steffy and Ridge sat in Eric's office, making small talk about work, but Ridge wanted to talk about Luna, even if Steffy did not. He was pleased to hear that Finn reiterated to Luna that she would never be a part of his family, but Ridge still worried.
"At this point, it doesn't matter what Luna wants. Kelly, Hayes, and I? We are Finn's family. Luna is never going to be a part of this family. She can either accept that or continue to make herself miserable. Luna is just holding onto some fantasy that's just never gonna happen," Steffy declared.
Taylor walked in on the tail end of Steffy's speech and asked what Luna had done now. Steffy informed her mother that Luna had been to her house and was close to losing it again. "She kept talking about wanting a chance to prove she was worthy enough to be Finn's daughter and that I'm the reason for it not happening," Steffy said.
Ridge thought that Luna was ridiculous and couldn't understand how Luna could ever think people would forgive her. "Finn knows that. He knows there is no coming back from what she tried to do to me," Steffy assured. Taylor was worried that Luna was aiming her anger right at Steffy.
"Luna should have been in therapy a long time ago, but it seems especially critical now," Taylor pointed out. Steffy worried that Luna would use therapy as an opening to get back into Finn's life. "That can't happen. She tried to kill me," Steffy said, matter-of-factly. Ridge just blamed Bill for everything.
As they continued to discuss Luna, Finn walked in and announced that he would protect Steffy at all costs. "Luna already tried to take the love of my life, and if she thinks I'm just going to forget or forgive, that is not happening. Neither is this relationship she's so desperate to have," Finn declared.
Remy watched as Luna shot her gun right at Steffy's picture, saying, "Adios, Steffy." Remy asked why Luna hated Steffy so much. "What did she ever do to you?" he asked.
"What hasn't she done to me? I wish I'd never heard the name Steffy Forrester. I wish she'd never married my dad," Luna cried. She stared at the pic of Steffy with bullet holes on her forehead as Remy looked slightly concerned.
Luna brought Remy back to her tiny apartment and hung the photo of Steffy on her fridge with glee. She thanked Remy for teaching her, but he still found her actions to be a little weird. "If I'd known who you were setting your sights on, I wouldn't have volunteered my services at the firing range," he said.
Remy said he now knew who Luna's father was. "Dr. John Finnegan, the most amazing man I've ever known. I won't let Steffy keep me from my father," she angrily said. Remy tried to reason with Luna, but found it was fruitless.
"If Finn had been given a chance to be my father, everything would have been different. Everything would have been so much better. But no, my mom robbed me of a relationship with my father, and now Steffy is trying to do the same thing to me," Luna lamented.
After Remy left, Luna flashed back to shooting Steffy's picture, but a knock on the door disrupted her disturbed thoughts. Luna opened the door to find Poppy there. She let her mother in. Poppy began her speech. "You're still my daughter, no matter what you've done. I still care about what happens to you," Poppy said.
Luna thought her mother wanted to fix their relationship. When she learned that Poppy had spoken to Sheila, she felt Poppy was just another person who would tell her to leave town. Luna whined that nobody loved her, but she knew Finn could if given the chance. "There's love there for me. He would be allowed to show it if it wasn't for Steffy," Luna pronounced. "Whatever I have to do, I won't let Steffy Forrester sabotage my relationship with my father."
