What happened on The Bold and the Beautiful

In her apartment, Luna stared at a photo of Finn on her phone and spoke to it. "I've waited my whole life to know my father. How can Steffy keep us apart?" she asked. When there was a knock on the door, Luna was thrilled to see Sheila standing on the other side.
Luna threw her arms around her grandmother, who seemed a little taken aback. Luna was surprised to hear that Sheila was only there to help her pack. She still wanted Luna to leave Los Angeles. "I get why you want me to go, but I can't. I have nowhere else to go. I have no one to turn to," Luna said. "I'm not some stalker. I'm your granddaughter. You have to believe in me."
Luna insisted she had changed and was no longer a danger to anyone. "What about to yourself?" Sheila asked. Luna felt the best thing for her was to be with family. "You guys are all turning your backs on me because of Steffy."
As soon as Luna mentioned Steffy's name, Sheila told her to stop. She assured Luna they would still be family even if they couldn't be together. Luna quickly changed the subject and started talking about Will. "He's so hot, Grandma," she gushed as she picked up her phone to let Will know she was thinking about him.
Sheila noticed origami on Luna's vanity and asked her if she had made it. Luna claimed she did, but that it was nothing. "It helps me stay distracted from thinking about my father," Luna said, brushing it off.
Steffy and Finn sat with Electra and Will in their living room, telling them their Luna tale. Steffy and Finn wanted them to be aware of what was going on with Luna since Electra has been watching Kelly and Hayes with Will's help.
Will had wonderful things to say about Hayes, pointing out how impressed he was with the origami seagull. Steffy laughed it off and said Hayes got it at school. She also had Electra confirm that she was on the approved list to pick Hayes up. Finn warned them that they would be seeing extra security.
"I'm going to protect Steffy from my daughter," Finn vowed. "I'm Luna's father, but Steffy, Kelly, and Hayes will always come first with me."
Soon, Lt. Baker arrived at Finn's behest. He was worried about Luna's stalking habits and wanted Baker to help. Sadly, Baker told them there was not much he or the LAPD could do. Finn suggested that they could prove that Luna was still after Steffy.
Steffy lamented that there was nothing they could do to trap her because she didn't trust anyone, including anyone currently in the room. That's when Will noticed his message from Luna and announced that he could entrap her. Will showed them the selfie that Luna had just sent.
"She's been throwing herself at him for a while now," Electra complained. Will said that he hadn't blocked her, so they could keep tabs on her. "But maybe I reach out and tell her that I want to see her," Will suggested. Steffy didn't think it would work, but Electra did.
Will thought they could trap Luna if Will were wearing a wire. "We'll talk things over and I'll get her to admit that she's out to get you, Steffy," Will promised. Steffy, Finn, and Electra were skeptical, but Will thought it was worth the risk. Baker thought it might work, so Will texted Luna back.
"Nice tattoo. I want to see it in person. Electra and I broke up," he wrote. When Luna received the text, she was shocked and excited, telling Sheila that Will ended things with Electra and wanted to see her. She immediately sent her address, so Will announced that it was game time.
In Eric's office, Katie noticed that Brooke was distracted. Brooke claimed her mind had been elsewhere. "Sailing away with Nick Marone?" Katie asked. Brooke sang Nick's praises, but Katie knew Brooke's heart was still with Ridge. Katie pointed out that Brooke and Nick were once happy together.
"Yes, it was good to see Nick again, and I was flattered by the attention," Brooke admitted. "But you're still in love with Ridge," Katie sighed. "And I always will be," Brooke replied. She even made excuses for Ridge turning to Taylor so quickly, but Katie was frustrated.
Brooke didn't care. "He does love me. He does. I can see it in his eyes. Especially when we were up there on that runway together," Brooke insisted, as Katie reminded her that Ridge was still with Taylor. She then flashed back to moments with Ridge when she "never felt happier or more secure."
Taylor and Ridge sat down for lunch at Il Giardino. "I wanted as much time to talk to you as I could get," Taylor told Ridge. She wanted to talk "about us." When Nick arrived, he made sure to take a table near Taylor and Ridge where they couldn't see them, but where he could hear them.
Taylor noted they had been living together at Eric's place for a while and wanted to know how Ridge felt about their future. Ridge thought that Taylor wanted them to get their own place, but Taylor reassured him that Eric and Donna had been more than hospitable. "I don't care where we live as long as we're together," Taylor smiled.
"What's happening here? Is it because I reacted to Nick being around Brooke? Is that it?" Ridge asked, as Nick eavesdropped. "I'll admit it threw me with how upset you got seeing Brooke, but that's not what this is about," Taylor said, before telling Ridge she wanted to take the next step.
"I'm wondering how much of a commitment you're prepared to make," Taylor said. Ridge reminded Taylor that they were already living together as a couple. He was committed to her. Taylor finally admitted that she had asked Ridge for lunch so that she could tell him what she'd been thinking.
"I woke up this morning and I knew. I had this incredible sense of peace, but excitement...I see you. I see us together for the rest of our lives, like, husband and wife. Ridge Forrester, will you marry me?" Taylor asked a surprised Ridge as Nick listened in.
