What happened on The Bold and the Beautiful

Luna continued to beg Finn to listen to her while Steffy rolled her eyes. "Please, Dad, I have wondered who you were my entire life, and now that I know, I am supposed to walk away and never see you again?" she cried.
"It's called consequences, Luna. You may have avoided prison, but you are still going to have to face some of them," Steffy said. Luna looked at Finn and pleaded some more. "Please don't let Steffy do this. Don't let her shut me out of your life."
Finn insisted he wasn't shutting her out because of Steffy. "It's because of you, Luna. Of what you did and who you are," Finn said, but Luna kept on going. "I am positive you could love me like the kind father you are. If Steffy would just allow it," she begged. "Please, the both of you. Just give me a chance, okay? If not, I don't know what I'd do," she added with a creepy look in her eyes.
Luna caught herself and went back into victim mode. "I mean, I've just been cut off by everyone else. My mom wants nothing to do with me. Bill doesn't want me around. I thought maybe my grandmother could help me, but she's turning her back on me, too," Luna said truthfully.
Steffy and Finn thought Luna was talking about Li, but after seeing the look on Luna's face, they realized the truth. "You're not talking about Li. Sheila took you under her wing?" Steffy asked.
"She actually hasn't. She told me to leave town," Luna admitted. "Don't you see I'm all alone in this world. Let me prove myself to you, to both of you," Luna begged.
Finn finally spoke. "Had I been given the chance to be your father from birth, something I truly wish could have happened, I would have taught you the difference between need and want," Finn said. "It makes me sad thinking about the connection that we could have had. But any attempt to form one now, that's impossible, Luna. What you did to my wife, there's no coming back from that. You will never have a place in our lives. Never."
After some more arguing with Luna blaming Steffy for everything, Finn put his foot down and insisted this was his decision and not Steffy's. "Luna, you have to leave, and I am not just talking about this house. I happen to agree with Sheila. The best thing for you to do is to leave Los Angeles and never come back," Finn demanded.
Luna finally left and headed straight to where she had been living, where she met a man about a gun.
Deacon was shocked when Sheila told him she had seen Luna. "You mean like accidentally, right? Like you bumped into her and told her you wanted nothing to do with her," Deacon said.
Sheila confessed that it wasn't an accident. She had even encouraged Luna. "Cause I wanted to know my granddaughter," he said. Deacon tried to hide how furious he was. "Sheila, we talked about this. You promised me you'd have nothing to do with Luna," Deacon lamented.
Sheila said she had wanted to keep the promise, but that Luna was a part of her. "I guess I just took pity on her. She's got nobody else. Her own mother abandoned her," Sheila said. Then, Sheila got honest.
"I'm getting worried that not immediately sending Luna away was a huge mistake," Sheila confessed. Deacon was immediately alarmed. Sheila explained that she was trying to put Luna on the right path to redemption, but it wasn't working out quite as planned.
"She is so fixated on Will Spencer, but it's never going to happen. Will has a girlfriend," Sheila said in an exasperated tone. However, Sheila was more worried about Luna's obsession with Finn than her obsession with Will. "She thinks that we both can have a relationship with Finn if Steffy were out of the way," Sheila said, alarming Deacon.
Sheila insisted that Steffy wasn't in imminent danger at the moment, but admitted that things went south after Sheila told Luna to leave town. "She really believes we can both have what we want, have a relationship with Finn, if Steffy were out of the picture," Sheila said.
In the Forrester Creations design office, Will told Electra that whatever she had said to Luna seemed to have done the trick, because she had stopped texting him. Electra wouldn't be satisfied until a few days had gone by with no texts. They were ready to kiss, but then Ridge walked in. "Business as usual around here, huh?" he asked. "HR might tell you something different, but I think making out in the office is good for morale."
Ridge was really there to talk about Luna after Katie told him what had been happening with the crazy young woman. Ridge sighed and reminded them that thanks to Steffy's marriage, Luna and Sheila were connected to them and would be for the rest of their lives.
Electra told Ridge about her earlier encounter with Luna. Ridge was surprised to hear that Sheila came to Electra's defense. "Don't take too much comfort in that. You don't want either one of them on your side. They're both crazy and unpredictable," Ridge warned.
