Hope woke in Carter's loft to tell him that everything about the night before was perfect. A blissful Hope and Carter sat at the breakfast table, with Carter telling Hope how happy he planned to make her for the rest of their lives. Hope couldn't wait to get to work and tell Brooke they were engaged.

Carter seemed a bit hesitant about that. "I wonder how Ridge and Steffy would take the news," he said. Hope vowed that she wouldn't let a negative reaction bring her down.

In Eric's office, Brooke acknowledged that everything wasn't perfect yet, but she was still happy that Hope was back at Forrester Creations. Steffy reminded Brooke and Ridge that Hope For The Future was still on hold, but Ridge wanted to know what Hope's job actually was.

"I'm sure that you still have issues with Hope, and I am sure that you do too," Brooke said to Steffy and then Ridge. "But I'm very grateful that you've allowed her to come back here."

After Ridge expressed shock at Daphne's departure, a giggling Hope and Carter walked into the office. Hope made it clear that she had an announcement to make as she looked at Steffy and spoke of putting hard feelings behind them. "Carter and I have chosen each other. Forever," Hope said before flashing her ring.

Brooke's jaw dropped to the floor as she hugged her daughter and Carter, but Steffy and Ridge looked skeptical. Brooke continued to gush at the ring while Ridge and Steffy gave one another concerned looks. Steffy spoke first. "I guess congratulations are in order," she said. "Yeah, it's big news. Wow," Ridge said, unenthusiastically.

Carter told Ridge how happy he was. "I haven't been happier, and Hope does that for me. She lights me up, man. She's home. She makes my heart skip a beat," Carter marveled. "Right now, I want to focus on my bride-to-be. This incredible, captivating woman right here," he said before kissing Hope while dramatic background music played.

Steffy spoke up again. "I know Liam wants this for you. A future with Carter," she said. "You two seem at peace. You really do. If you two think you're each other's person, I'm not going to stand in the way. All I can do is wish you the best."

Will walked into the Forrester Creations design office, asking Electra if she had seen his phone. He heard a notification come in and located it. Electra was alarmed when Will announced that Luna had just texted him. Electra was outraged when she saw what Luna sent.

"This is stupid. Luna knows I'm with you. Not to mention, she's a double murderer," Will said. Electra felt that Luna didn't care. She was going to do what she wanted. Electra was further disturbed when Will mentioned that Luna had been texting him and flirting a lot lately.

Electra tried to keep her composure as she told Will she was not worried that he would stray. Will was ready to block Luna's number, but Electra stopped him, saying that it was better to know what Luna had to say. After Will left for a meeting with Zende, Electra left for Il Giardinos.

At the Il Giardaio bar, Luna stared and smiled at an Instagram photo of Will. She sent him a text telling him where she was and that she wanted to be with him. Sheila approached her from behind and told Luna that she was worried about her. "I just saw what you were doing. You were looking at pictures of Will. He's with Electra Forrester," she reminded Luna. "Yeah, for now," Luna said.

Luna was confused as Sheila had been encouraging her to pursue Will, but now she seems to have changed her mind. "Luna, you're playing with fire. Sometimes you need to just accept your circumstances," Sheila said. Sheila pointed out that both Finn and Will have made it clear not to contact them, and Luna needs to respect that.

"So?" Luna asked nonchalantly. "I'm starting to wonder if you just choose to not listen or if it's something worse," Sheila noted. Luna couldn't believe that Sheila was telling her to give up.

"Sometimes you have to be realistic about your expectations, Luna," Sheila advised. "Fantasies can be dangerous. Isn't that what got you in trouble in the first place? You refuse to accept situations, so you sacrifice your character to get what you want. From what I'm seeing, you're fixating on Will even though you know he's unavailable."

Luna hoped that Will and Electra would break up for Will's sake. "He must be bored out of his mind. She's so stuck up. I'm not sure what he sees in her," Luna scoffed. Sheila had to go run errands, but before she left, she advised Luna not to go after Electra.

Luna once again went on about how stuck up Electra was, so Sheila put a stop to it. "You're becoming so judgy, and it only leads to bad things," she warned. After Sheila left, Electra appeared and told Luna she was there to put Luna on notice.

"Will's not interested in you. In fact, you creep him out because you're delusional and sick. Go chase somebody else, Luna. Leave Will alone," she said. Electra and Luna proceeded to throw verbal barbs at one another. "I don't buy for a second that you're a changed and reformed woman. You are still as crazy as ever," Electra accused.
