Electra heard everything Will said about their love when she was listening at the door, and she repeated it to him. She admitted she loved him, and when he said she hadn't signed up for this, she recognized that neither had he. Will believed that Electra had an opportunity to not endure it, but he was left with no choice. She was able to move on without him and the baggage he carried. Katie and Bill didn't want Will to deal with Luna at all and promised they'd handle everything involving her.

However, Will was still a victim in all of this. He couldn't just let it go because they asked him to. Bill asked Will and Electra to get past what happened, but Will was looking out for more than just himself in the situation. Bill reminded Electra that Will was a Spencer and his instinct was to protect his loved ones. She fell under that category, so he was willing to do whatever it took to make it work. Bill insisted that Electra not give in to the stress of Luna, instead remaining by Will's side throughout the chaos.

They assured Will and Electra they'd make Luna pay for her crimes, and all Katie wanted them to worry about was their young love. Anything related to Luna or the baby would be dealt with by Bill and Katie. Will looked as if he wanted to be more involved, but his parents wouldn't have it. They were adamant about going in this direction. Katie brought up her heart troubles and how she was given a new lease on life, which taught her to follow her heart. She urged them to remain together, which piqued Bill's interest, especially when he and Katie locked eyes.

Will wasn't certain his parents could follow through on the promises to make everything go away. He only wanted Electra to have inner peace, and with the pregnancy in the picture, he gave her another chance to make a clean break. He knew from the moment they made that he wanted to bring happiness into her life. Will reiterated his uncertainty about Bill and Katie's ability to handle the situation, and although Electra considered walking away from him, her love for him hadn't changed. Will made her feel safe and secure, and while the Luna mess was a lot for anyone to take on, she couldn't pass up on a chance to build a future with him.

Back in the Spencer house, Katie and Bill danced around the subject, but ultimately Bill laid everything on the line about their relationship. He explained to Katie that helping Will meant they needed to be united. "I know it has been a tough road for us, but you know how much I love you. Come back, Katie. Come home," he pleaded. She questioned if he truly wanted her to return, and he understood her hesitation. Since he set the wheels in motion for Luna to wreak havoc, keeping him at arm's length made sense.

Bill confessed his past mistakes, citing his obsession with money and power. He recalled the obstacles he and Katie had overcome and told her that he envisioned a future for their family. Bill pleaded with her to return and reunite their family. Katie agreed, recognizing their strength together, and acknowledged she had witnessed his growth into a better man. Katie expressed appreciation for Bill’s determination to protect loved ones. Amidst the Luna crisis, they found themselves reconnecting as a couple, stronger than before. Katie finally agreed to move back in, granting Bill the second chance he had long wanted.

Donna worried that Luna's pregnancy stress could negatively impact Katie's health. Brooke added that she was concerned for Electra, given the newness of her relationship with Will. Ridge agreed, believing Luna's ordeal could set back any progress they had made as a couple. Brooke said this wasn't the way Bill and Katie wanted to become grandparents, and while Katie was strong, this would be tough on her heart.

The Logan sisters defended Will from the night of his assault, but Ridge reminded them of Bill's involvement. Brooke tried to convince Ridge not to dwell on the past, but he wouldn't have it. Ridge said, "I'm not dwelling on anything. I'm just telling you, without Bill, Liam wouldn't have been shot, and Will wouldn't be in this situation. This is what Bill does. This is how he protects the people he loves." He admitted that Bill didn't seek out what happened to his son, but that doesn't absolve him from his actions. Donna also tried defending Bill and his adoration for Katie, which Brooke instantly cosigned.

Ridge was not a fan of Katie and Bill ever reuniting. Brooke defended the idea of them coming back together as a couple, and Donna seconded it. She thought Bill wanted what was best for her, and although Bill had caused her a great deal of heartbreak over the years, he had changed. She cited Will's assault and Liam's shooting as major events that caused a shift in Bill's priorities. Donna wondered if Katie noticed the strides Bill took to become a man she could finally believe in, one who wouldn't let her down.

Steffy surprised Finn at the office, and for once, he got a pleasant surprise instead of a disaster or Sheila/Luna-related crisis. Steffy told him that she'd never complain about how dedicated he was to his patients, but she was concerned about his eating habits. Now that Steffy had returned to Los Angeles, he planned to cut back on the number of hours he spent at the office. Although Steffy was happy to put Luna in her past, she felt bad for Will, who'd be forced to contend with Luna for the foreseeable future because of her horrific pregnancy.

Steffy discussed with Finn the sacrifices Katie made when she gave birth to Will. She nearly died, and if it weren't for her brother, Storm, taking his own life and giving Katie his heart, she wouldn't be alive today. Finn pointed out that Storm's heart was actively beating in Katie's chest. Steffy hoped Katie got another miracle, and their family could avoid having Luna destroy their lives. Finn and Steffy wished for Will and Electra to survive their troubled times in the same way they did. When Finn and Steffy reunited after she believed he was dead, they were given a new opportunity to spend the rest of their lives together.
