What happened on The Bold and the Beautiful

“Oh my god, Luna, you’re alive?!” Will bellowed in Li’s apartment. A smirking Luna replied, “Surprise.” Luna explained that Li saved her. “Or maybe I really am a ghost…would that turn you on?” Luna joked. She told him that what kept her heart beating was thoughts of him. Will said he was going to the cops and reminded her that she shot his brother.
Luna was unnerved, happy that she could talk to him. Will told her that everyone was glad she was dead. Luna noted that Li was a miracle worker and repeated how she had an unspeakable childhood. “If I have to hear that excuse one more time,” Will muttered. Luna insisted she had it rough but was given another chance to prove to everyone she was a good person, and she was going to do that, especially to him.
Will wondered where Li was and if she knew about this, but Luna covered for her and said she didn’t know where she was. Will said again he was going to the cops and pulled out his phone to call them. Luna just shrugged him off agreeably. She moved to the dresser and looked like she was hiding something, so Will asked if she had a gun. “Of course not!” Luna told him.
Will insisted that Luna show him what she was hiding. She pulled out Electra’s mask, which Will recognized but wondered why she had it. Luna grinned as she held it up to her face. The memory of their night together dawned on Will, and he backed up in horror, saying, “Oh my god, no” repeatedly as it sank in that Luna was the one he had sex with after the party.
In the design office, Electra gushed to Ivy about her and Will’s night of romance. Electra could barely work, having flashbacks to her and Will’s first time and how “practically flawless” it was. Electra said she was just so happy about her perfect life. They both agreed they were glad that Luna was dead.
In the salon, Daphne told Carter that she needed to meet with Ridge about her next fragrance, but Carter said his BFF was busy sorting out his love life. Daphne pointed out that Ridge was engaged to Taylor and wondered if Carter knew something she didn’t. Carter explained it was complicated and that Ridge and Brooke had history. Daphne realized Carter meant that Ridge was going to dump Taylor for Brooke.
In the CEO’s office. Ridge asked Brooke if she said yes to marrying him, and a giddy Brooke said absolutely she would. “I can’t believe we’re engaged,” Brooke told Ridge tearfully but happily. They recapped the boating accident. “There is no me without you. I don’t want to spend another night without you,” Ridge told her. He said that he wanted to come home to just the two of them together, “the way it was destined to be.”
With Brooke wearing his ring, Ridge suggested they go make some more memories. Ridge said he would spend the rest of his life making up for all the days they missed apart, and he wanted to start that day. Brooke told him that she never lost faith that they would find their way back to one another. Carter came in, and Brooke tried to ask him to leave, but Ridge saw the opportunity to suggest they get married right there and then, with Carter’s help.
In a Forrester guest house, Taylor blew out the candles and recalled how she agreed that Brooke must be Ridge’s destiny before he left. Thomas knocked on the door and asked her where his dad was. Taylor began by saying that no matter what, they would always be a family, then tried to softly tell Thomas that the wedding was off. “Don’t tell me he did it again,” Thomas growled.
Thomas was shocked and didn’t understand. “Who ended it, Mom? Or do I even need to ask?” Thomas wondered. He knew instantly by Taylor’s response that Ridge ended their relationship because Brooke got to him. Taylor said Thomas couldn’t blame Brooke, but he said he could because Brooke had manipulated his dad his entire life. Taylor reminded him it was Ridge’s decision and that she was strong and would get through it just fine.
