The Bold and the Beautiful Recap, September 30, 2025: Hope is conflicted

What happened on The Bold and the Beautiful

At Brooke’s house, Liam, Hope, and Beth were playing hide and seek. Liam and Beth were going to a daddy-daughter dance later, and Hope needed to get to work. After she left, Beth admitted to Liam that she liked Carter but didn’t want him to marry her mom; she wanted her parents back together.

At Forrester, Carter, Daphne, Brooke, Ridge, and Eric watched a runway preview of their new collection. Afterwards, eyebrows were raised that Hope missed it because she was hanging out with Liam and Beth. Carter insisted it was fine and said he had something special planned for her later.

Ridge and Brooke stayed behind in the salon, and Brooke noted that Ridge had made everything “whole” again. He told her he almost lost her in Naples, and that now that they were back together, it was forever. Hope came in and interrupted their talk, but she told them that she was happy they were back together. Ridge said he’d done some things he wished he hadn’t but they were there now, and happy.

Once alone, Brooke could see that Hope looked stressed and asked what was wrong. Hope said everything had to do with Carter. She told her mom that if Carter could marry her that day, he would. Brooke realized that Hope felt pressured and rushed but shouldn’t be if she wasn’t ready to commit.

Hope explained that Liam had a new perspective on life after his near-death experience, not unlike Ridge and Taylor’s events in Italy. Brooke understood why Hope’s heart was confusing her. Brooke reminded Hope that she needed to choose between Carter and Liam.

Carter and Daphne talked about her new fragrances, and how she’d made one for each new Forrester collection. Daphne told Carter she was wrong about Hope not reciprocating his love, and it brought her joy to see him happy.

After Daphne left, Ridge came into the office. He and Carter talked about Daphne’s fragrances. Carter told Ridge that they were missing out on a key demographic that they had from Hope For The Future and he made his pitch again to bring it back. Ridge said they weren’t all about profit, but Carter had a counter for that. He said Forrester needed HFTF back, and so did Hope.
