Welcome to The Bold and the Beautiful Daily Y.A.P.P. (Your After-Program Ponderings) for a quick — and by that, I mean you’re already halfway done — recap of the most amazing or what-the-heck-did-we-just-watch moments on today’s episode. Let’s get to it:
What Happened on The Bold and the Beautiful

On today’s episode of The Bold and the Beautiful, Carter Walton is one dedicated guy. When he’s in a relationship, he stays in it, unless it’s over. Oh, wait, no…he still stays in it then, too. Hope told him to hit the road, and she wanted to run back to Liam, but Carter still thinks her feelings haven’t changed. And he’d know, because they dated for mere months and only ever discussed how the hard-done-by Logans were mistreated by the supposedly stuck-up Forresters. Okay, sure, Hope mentioned that she dated some idiots in the past, but she was just so full of compliments for Carter, surely she hasn’t changed her mind. How could she? Hope said he was the perfect man, the man of her dreams, a gooooooooooooooooood man. He misses that. And it doesn’t feel right being at Forrester Creations without Hope…the one he wanted fired last year. But that’s Steffy’s fault, so we’ll move on. Carter’s now lamenting that he listened to his conscience, and that cost him Hope. Read that again. If listening to your conscience is a bad thing, then maybe your relationship with Hope isn’t all that great? Was Carter listening to his conscience when he was flirting with and kissing Daphne — and that was when he and Hope were at the top of their game. If that’s how he is in the good times, and he’s remorseful for doing the right thing, maybe — just maybe — Carter’s not meant for relationships at all.
