The Bold and the Beautiful's Daily YAPP Recap, July 8: Say what, Steffy?!

Welcome to The Bold and the Beautiful Daily Y.A.P.P. (Your After-Program Ponderings) for a quick — and by that, I mean you’re already halfway done — recap of the most amazing or what-the-heck-did-we-just-watch moments on today’s episode. Let’s get to it:

What Happened on The Bold and the Beautiful

On The Bold and the Beautiful, Sheila remembered all too well how she ended up shooting Steffy and Finn after believing that Steffy was the reason she couldn’t have a relationship with her son and grandson. But Steffy apparently had amnesia. One would think it was burned into her memory, but as a little refresher…when Sheila had a gun pointed at her and was clearly on edge (the gun itself might have been a giveaway on that), Steffy got adamant that Sheila would never ever see her son again, never have a relationship with him, and definitely never have one with Hayes. So back in the same position for the same reasons, what did Steffy do? Not only did she repeat those same facts to Luna, but she added that Luna was going to prison for a very long time, as well! Okay, we get it, Steffy’s a tough cookie, and she’s usually smart. But not telling Luna what she wanted to hear just to get that gun put down might not have been the most brilliant thing she’s ever done. It wouldn’t have been asking too much just to appease her. She was so close, too. Luna’s eyes lit up when she thought Steffy sounded like she understood her. All she had to do was say yes, and they could talk about it. Luna would’ve (probably) put the gun down, and then they could’ve arrested her later. And no, it doesn’t count that she didn’t get shot this time for shooting off her mouth, not when three others did instead.
