The Bold and the Beautiful's Daily YAPP Recap, June 10: Luna might have been right about Poppy

Welcome to The Bold and the Beautiful Daily Y.A.P.P. (Your After-Program Ponderings) for a quick — and by that, I mean you’re already halfway done — recap of the most amazing or what-the-heck-did-we-just-watch moments on today’s episode. Let’s get to it:

What Happened on The Bold and the Beautiful

On The Bold and the Beautiful, Luna’s laser-focused on eliminating Steffy as a threat to her happiness. And no, not laser like a lightsaber, although a duel of some kind between Luna and Sheila could be an entertaining showdown. But alas, Luna has to always be so…extra…so she’s gotten a gun and is planning on using it to put a bullet between Steffy’s eyes, apparently. Luna hasn’t had a problem with making a list before, so why just Steffy? Not that I want to give Luna bad ideas, but she should have a bigger bone to pick with her mom — after all, she’s convinced everyone that the reason she became a double-murderer was thanks to Poppy’s poor parenting. But regardless of revisionist history post mortem times two, there’s no one in fake L.A. that would disagree with Luna that Poppy is the one to blame for preventing her from knowing that Finn was her dad her entire life, and, if Finn is correct, how that would have defied medicine and transformed her from a natural-born sociopathic psychopathic monster, and into the sweet little girl he never knew he fathered. But, I digress. The point is that Poppy still doesn’t get it. She’s gone over to the lion’s den with no plan. She could have thrown Luna a lifeline to say there was hope for a relationship, but instead told her they were talking behind her back and think she’s off her rocker. Bad move on the part of the woman who raised our fave killer. It seems Mommy doesn’t know best at all when it comes to her daughter, and she might be lucky to get back out of Luna’s new apartment unscathed.
