The Bold and the Beautiful's Daily YAPP Recap, June 18: The ray of Sunshine

Welcome to The Bold and the Beautiful Daily Y.A.P.P. (Your After-Program Ponderings) for a quick — and by that, I mean you’re already halfway done — recap of the most amazing or what-the-heck-did-we-just-watch moments on today’s episode. Let’s get to it:

What Happened on The Bold and the Beautiful

On The Bold and the Beautiful, everyone has been so concerned about Steffy and the kids, and protecting them from Luna. Knowing what they already went through with Luna kidnapping Steffy, not to mention how Sheila behaved when she obsessed about Steffy, preventing her from having a relationship with Finn, and Luna clearly ignoring their boundaries, one would think that they would step up their protection. But no. Instead, dying Liam is more concerned than anyone, and is even going along with the fam to drop off Hayes at the former-beach-house-turned-kids-art-center. It’s not like the Forresters can’t afford private security, but they didn’t even mention to the teacher that there’s a lunatic in the family tree who likes to drop by where she’s not invited. Sure enough, the teacher thinks nothing of leaving Hayes, of all kids, outside alone, where, of course, he was approached by Luna. Like that wasn’t enough, when Hayes showed off his origami, Ms. Dylan didn’t know who gave it to him. After assuming it must have been some lady on the beach (stranger danger clearly not an issue at the beach house art class), but when she met the paper folder herself loitering outside of the kids’ classroom, she invited the stranger to come in and endanger all the kids at a later date. She didn’t even ask her name…of course she wasn’t going to say “I’m Hayes’ half-sister and I’m a little obsessed,” but Sunshine? Really? Is that enough qualifications in fake L.A. to get a job teaching kids? Yikes!
