Who are Sydney Bullock and Ms Dylan on The Bold and the Beautiful?

On The Bold and the Beautiful, Steffy and Finn have entrusted an art teacher named Ms. Dylan with the care of their son, Hayes. But little did they know that Ms. Dylan was about to be front and center in their drama, and the actress who plays her would be in the spotlight.

The Bold and the Beautiful may be set in fake L.A., but they brought some real-life Los Angeles news into the show by mentioning the fires that devastated so many in real life. The beach house, owned by the Spencer family, was converted into an art center after their building burned down.

Ms. Dylan, played by Sydney Bullock, is the art center teacher. She currently has Hayes Finnegan (Bryan David Garlick) as a student, and she recently met Luna (Lisa Yamada) when she was lurking outside to spy on her half-brother. As no one had told Ms. Dylan that Luna was a threat to the Finnegan family, she innocently accepted her interest as a fellow artist and invited her to come teach origami one day to the students.

Next week, Ms. Dylan might regret her trusting ways as Luna shows her the other side of her personality. Sydney Bullock is about to take center stage as Luna’s next victim. But will she survive?

When Luna shows back up at the art center, she’ll be clad in her black and green outfit that she was wearing when she had left Steffy to die — and was taken down by her aunt Li’s “Nozawa Power.” She might be able to control Ms. Dylan and Steffy with a gun in her hand, but we doubt anyone — including her grandmother — is safe this time with Luna’s freedom back on the line.

Sydney Bullock first appeared on B&B this month as Ms. Dylan, but the actress has been busy outside of fake L.A. She appeared on the Netflix hit show Stranger Things as Stacey, played a young Kirby on the reboot of Dynasty, and was Vanessa in Goosebumps 2: Haunted Halloween.

There is no word yet on how long we can expect to see Bullock on The Bold and the Beautiful, but she’ll have to survive the wrath of Luna first.
