Welcome to the Days of our Lives Daily Y.A.P.P. (Your After-Program Ponderings) for a quick — and by that, I mean you’re already halfway done — recap of the most amazing or what-the-heck-did-we-just-watch moments on today’s episode. Let’s get to it:

Uh-oh! Gabi Hernandez has taken charge, but her plan might go awry due to her own loneliness. We kinda felt bad for Gabi when she told Javi how lonely she was and how she wanted to have someone in her life to do everyday things with. Then, she told him about two romantic possibilities without mentioning who they were. That's when we knew Gabi's plan wasn't going quite as she had hoped. Yes, she got Philip into bed, but it turned out that she actually liked him. That wasn't part of the plan, nor is the fact that she now feels some sort of emotional attachment to Xander. None of this has stopped Gabi from placing a recording device on Xander's desk disguised as a pen, but will she have it so bad for both Xander and Philip by the time she gets any real dirt that she won't use it? Gabi is quite proud of herself for now, but sometimes you can't help feelings. They just creep up. Gabi is going to have to decide whether business or pleasure is more important to her. Tony has promised to make Gabi a very rich woman, which is all she's ever wanted. Too bad she also now wants Xander and Philip, something she wasn't counting on when Tony first promised her the DiMera CEO position.
