Welcome to the Days of our Lives Daily Y.A.P.P. (Your After-Program Ponderings) for a quick — and by that, I mean you’re already halfway done — recap of the most amazing or what-the-heck-did-we-just-watch moments on today’s episode. Let’s get to it:

What happened on Days of our Lives

Poor Brady is a man without a love interest. Every time he seems to be getting somewhere with a woman, something always happens to ruin it. His romance with Ava went bust when she couldn't take Rachel's machinations anymore and skipped town (after possibly shooting EJ, but that's a whole other story). Brady lost Chloe thanks to Rachel, as well, but he doesn't seem to have any desire to reunite with baby mama Kristen. Even his other baby mama, Theresa, isn't around anymore either. However, Brady seems to have a nice little rapport with Sarah, a woman who just split with her husband over her lies and his inability to control his temper. For years, Days of our Lives has ignored the fact that Sarah raised Rachel during her first year of life because she thought she was her mother. Sarah even named the little girl Mickey after her adoptive father, Mickey Horton. She even thought that Brady's brother, Eric, was the father. It's nice to remind us of that little piece of history and tie it back to today's stories. Single Brady's daughter feels an attachment to suddenly single Sarah. Where could that possibly lead? Is this the start of a new romance or a new triangle, since it's also clear that Sarah and Xander have very unresolved feelings for one another? If it gives unlucky-in-love Brady a compelling story, then we'll take it.
