Welcome to the Days of our Lives Daily Y.A.P.P. (Your After-Program Ponderings) for a quick — and by that, I mean you’re already halfway done — recap of the most amazing or what-the-heck-did-we-just-watch moments on today’s episode. Let’s get to it:
What happened on Days of our Lives
Bo Brady is on everyone's mind as the man who Salem believed was dead for eight years is dying again. Most Salemites never even knew Bo was alive before he was right back in a coma, where he has now lingered for the last two years. Today, we were reminded that Bo even has a brand-new brother he doesn't even know. It has been so long since Bo has been in Salem that it's easy to forget he was Victor's most beloved son, the one given to him by the first love of his life, Caroline Brady. That means not only is Philip Bo's brother, but so is Xander. When Alex mentioned Xander's brother, Xander was confused, but so were we. It took us a minute to remember that one of our newer favorite characters is the baby brother of our all-time favorite forever hero. And now all we can do is hope that Days of our Lives gives us scenes between the brothers when Bo finally wakes and makes his way back home. Bo and Xander have never even met. Xander was a villain who was hauled off to Statesville in 2015, just months before Bo's brief return in which he died, but didn't die. The 2025 version of Xander is an upstanding Salem citizen we've grown to love. Knowing he is Bo Brady's brother now makes us love him even more. Plus, he is one of the people ready to save Bo with a special new magic drug. Will he beat EJ to it?
