What happened on Days of our Lives
How long can Xander Kiriakis keep this up? He has agreed to go to marriage counseling with Sarah, hoping Marlena can fix all their problems, but when you keep a major secret during couples therapy, it's doomed from the start. The entire session centered around honesty, with Xander even confessing to breaking into Marlena's place to try to kill Brady last year. Even Sophia's paternity lies were mentioned, as all three wondered how Sophia managed to keep the truth from Tate for so long. Keeping secrets isn't easy, right? There is no way Sarah will forgive Xander this time when the truth eventually does come out — and it will. In a rage, Xander beat his own brother to within an inch of his life last spring and refuses to just own up to it. Now, he is allowing Sarah to feel guilt for doubting him when Sarah was right all along. Xander's guilt is written all over his face and is even evident in his mannerisms. As this eats him up inside, will he do something even more reckless that puts the final nail in his marriage's coffin? How will Xander cope when Sarah inevitably dumps him again, and who will he blame? And finally, when will Days of our Lives finally allow this couple some happiness before writing another screwup for Xander?
