Days of our Lives Daily YAPP Recap, October 2: Is Brady a chip off the ol' Black Patch?

Welcome to Days of our Lives Daily Y.A.P.P. (Your After-Program Ponderings) for a quick — and by that, I mean you’re already halfway done — recap of the most amazing or what-the-heck-did-we-just-watch moments on today’s episode. Let’s get to it:

What happened on Days of our Lives

Brady seems to be the only one in Salem who knows for sure that Sophia is lying big time. Tate suspects it, but Brady is using every angle to get to the bottom of Sophia's lies and knows in his gut that the firehouse baby is the one Sophia gave birth to. Once Kayla runs that DNA test again, we are sure he will deduce that Sophia is also lying about who fathered that child, as it's not Tate's. Brady is certainly putting those detective skills to work, just like his dad would, and he even used Black Patch to get some of his info. Brady is going to be the one to figure this out, and we're very proud, but can he then figure something else out — namely, the fact that Kristen didn't shoot EJ? He is so quick to believe Kristen, knowing how often and easily she lies, but suspects an 18-year-old of telling tall tales when he doesn't really know her at all. Of course, both women are lying, but Brady just takes Kristen at her word for some odd reason. Maybe when Brady gets to the bottom of what happened to the baby that was supposed to be Tate's, he can pay a visit to Kristen in Statesville and ask her what really happened the night EJ was shot. He is going to be in for a big surprise.
