Welcome to the Days of our Lives Daily Y.A.P.P. (Your After-Program Ponderings) for a quick — and by that, I mean you’re already halfway done — recap of the most amazing or what-the-heck-did-we-just-watch moments on today’s episode. Let’s get to it:
What happened on Days of our Lives
Who knew Marlena's gift of a simple picture frame could tell us so much? First, we'll go with the obvious. When Sophia first showed Tate that photo on her phone, our first thought was, "That looks like a family stock photo in a picture frame." And it turns out that we were right. Melinda really didn't think this through, right? It apparently never occurred to her that A-Sophia had an ultrasound that revealed the baby's sex and B-people in Tate's family might go picture frame shopping, as people often do. Now, Brady and Tate have the biggest clue yet that something about Sophia's birth and adoption story is way, way off. However, that picture frame also reveals something else. For the first time ever, Marlena is going to be an advocate for Kristen. These two women have been enemies for decades, but now Marlena knows the sacrifices that Kristen is willing to make for her child, so she finally sees her longtime rival in a different light. She bought that frame for Rachel to put a photo of her mother in while Kristen is behind bars. Brady was a bit taken aback by this gesture, especially coming from Marlena. Brady has never been angrier at Kristen than he is now. Will Marlena's new attitude add more suspicion to his life as he tries to figure out what's really going on?
