Welcome to the Days of our Lives Daily Y.A.P.P. (Your After-Program Ponderings) for a quick — and by that, I mean you’re already halfway done — recap of the most amazing or what-the-heck-did-we-just-watch moments on today’s episode. Let’s get to it:
What happened on Days of our Lives

While Days of our Lives presented a heartfelt episode filled with love and joy, it also gave us one simple scene at the start that had nothing to do with Paul and Andrew's wedding, but everything to do with who Steve and Kayla are as a couple. Steve was amazed by what he and Kayla did in their bed the night before, while wondering where his 'Sweetness' had learned some new things. Kayla couldn't wait to show him the book she found that gave her all these new sexy ideas to try out. When Steve started perusing the pages, he wanted to get to work right then and there to test out what he was reading. Our minds went in various directions, but the one thing we couldn't help remembering was that Steve and Kayla's daughter was essentially teaching them new ways to have fun in bed. Kayla got hold of Stephanie's manuscript but had no idea who had written it. Imagine when she learns the author who wrote all these explicit sexual acts was her own little girl. When we got that image out of our minds, we also remembered that Steve and Kayla have never been shy in bed, and DAYS has never been shy about letting us know what Steve and Kayla were up to. Their hot tub honeymoon scene back in the 1980s was considered risque at the time and might even be considered risque today. Today told us that Steve and Kayla still got it, but they probably didn't want to get more courtesy of their daughter.
