Days of our Lives PHOTO Spoilers, September 18: Baby Tesoro is on everyone's minds

Here are your Days of our Lives photo spoilers for Thursday, September 18, 2025.

What to expect on Days of our Lives

Javi (Al Calderon) and Leo (Greg Rikaart) are crushed over the idea of having to give Tesoro up, possibly within days or weeks. Couples are lining up to adopt the baby, with Chanel (Raven Bowens) determined to get to the top of the list. When she sees Javi and Leo with Tesoro in Horton Town Square, it solidifies her resolve to make him her son.

Meanwhile, Tate (Leo Howard) cozies up to Sophia (Rachel Boyd) in his dorm room in a quest to get more information out of Sophia. He won't rest until he knows what happened to his baby, even if it means hurting Holly (Ashley Puzemis). Sophia is surprised to be invited to Tate's room, but wonders if her dreams might finally be coming true.

Holly is still hurt after her fight with Tate in the library and laments to Ari (Marissa Reyes) that everything seems to be going wrong in the romance department again. Ari tries to reassure Holly that things will be okay and encourages her not to give up on Tate. However, Ari is about to see something (or someone) that could change her mind for good.

Javi and Leo take a walk through Horton Town Square with Tesoro and dread the day they have to give him up.

Chanel asks Paulina for help in adopting Tesoro. She thinks her mother could use her pull as mayor to get the job done.

Tate wants to make sure that Sophia is ready to join him in his dorm room for a movie night.

Ari is not sure she can trust her old childhood friend and might be on Holly's side in matters.

Tate does his best to get Sophia to open up to him, but it might be easier said than done. She is just happy to be in his room alone together.
