Days of our Lives Spoilers, May 13: Is Philip about to kill his brother?

Philip (John-Paul Lavoisier) is forever the bumbling fool who keeps getting himself into sticky situations because he can never seem to leave well enough alone. This time, he wants to know what DiMera Pharmaceuticals has been up to as it attempts to buy the hospital.

When Philip goes through some files on Xander's (Paul Telfer) desk, he decides to make a phone call to Dr. Frame. (Any relation to the Bay City Frames from Another World?) On Tuesday, Philip forges ahead with a plan to steal the coveted experimental drug that makes the hospital such a hot commodity right now. While he thinks he is sabotaging one brother, Xander, he might inadvertently kill his other brother, Bo (Peter Reckell). What would Daddy Victor (the late John Aniston) think about all this?

Meanwhile, Sarah (Linsey Godfrey) presses Xander about why he is so interested in the hospital all of a sudden. It's not something he has ever cared about before, so why does he want Titan-DiMera to buy it so badly?

Johnny's put on notice

Johnny (Carson Boatman) is happy that Chanel (Raven Bowens) has asked him to move home, even if it's a new home now that Abe (James Reynolds) and Paulina (Jackee Harry) have a new apartment with Chanel as a permanent house guest. However, moving into Abe and Paulina's new place comes with some stipulations. Paulina can't have Johnny hurting her precious baby girl ever again, but she also knows his track record from the last six months or so.

Before Johnny can make the move, Chanel visits Johnny's Salem Inn room and lets him know that she suspects he could be the one who shot EJ (Daniel Feuerriegel). Johnny will deny this accusation again, but Paulina gives her son-in-law a warning. He better not be keeping any more secrets, or she will see to it that Chanel doesn't forgive Johnny this time around.

Between his jealousy, his near affair with Joy Wesley (AlexAnn Hopkins), and his calling off the adoption, Johnny is on some thin ice and better be the perfect husband from here on out.
