What to expect on Days of our Lives

Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) is getting more worried by the minute that Shawn (Brandon Beemer) and Steve (Stephen Nichols) won't be able to pull off their plan. She managed to get Dr. Jeffrey Russell (Michael Dietz) out of town and away from his lab, but he is only gone for so long. Steve and Shawn need to commit this heist before he returns, or the jig is up.

Thankfully, Steve and Shawn finally get into the lab, but quickly notice this break-in may have all been for naught. The drug that can save Bo Brady's (Peter Reckell) life is nowhere to be found, leading Steve and Shawn to conclude that someone else was after the Versavix and got to it first.

And they are absolutely right. Philip (John-Paul Lavoisier) talks his old pal Kevin (Chadwick Hopson) into stealing the drug. He would have his hands on something that could bring Titan a lot of money while also having the means to save Bo's life, so it's a win-win, right? Well, not if he doesn't have medical instructions, like Steve and Shawn got from Kayla.

While Kevin is doing Philip's dirty work, Philip is defending himself to his brother. Xander (Paul Telfer) still wants Philip away from Titan, but the board won't allow it, so they are forced to work together. However, Philip thinks he has a way back in Xander's good graces.

Philip is well aware that Xander is trying to buy the hospital to get his hands on the new drug that can cure both Bo and sepsis, but is running into roadblocks along the way. With EJ DiMera (Daniel Feuerriegel) also wanting to get his hands on the hospital and Versavix, Philip is willing to help Xander out.

All he wants to do is impress his brother, but will Xander even listen to what Philip has to say? He is still furious about the forged letter and tells Philip exactly how months of lies made him feel. Will Philip finally get Xander to listen to his side?
