What to expect on Days of our Lives
Jennifer Rose Horton Deveraux (Melissa Reeves) means business. After watching her grandson Thomas (Christopher Cary) nearly get killed by an oncoming car, she realizes that he is not safe with his father. Worrying for Thomas' physical and emotional health, she tells Chad (Billy Flynn) she will sue him for custody of his kids if he doesn't willingly allow her to take Thomas and Charlotte to Boston.
Chad is in shock that his mother-in-law wants to take his kids from him when he feels he didn't do anything wrong. He broke things off with Cat (AnnaLynne McCord) as he was asked, and Thomas and Jennifer misinterpreted the moment between Cat and Chad in Horton Town Square.
Does Jennifer want to take the kids out of town for good? Can she and Chad come to some sort of compromise so things don't get ugly with a long court battle? If Thomas and Charlotte do go to Boston, will they return as teenagers in just a few short months?
Sami's back
Sami Brady (Alison Sweeney) is back in Salem to meet her new grandson, Trey. But first, she reunites with her son, Will (Chandler Massey), and announces that she is engaged. But who is she engaged to? She didn't mention anything about a man in her life the last time she was in town. All we knew was that Sami had finally embarked on a therapy journey and was beginning to understand herself better.
Did Sami meet a new man during her travels or is she engaged to someone we already know? We do know that Lucas Horton (Bryan R. Dattilo) will be returning to town this week, so he is always a possibility. Will Sami reveal all or is she more interested in meeting Trey and throwing Johnny (Carton Boatman) and Chanel (Raven Bowens) an impromptu baby shower?
