Days of our Lives Spoilers, October 2: The walls are closing in on Sophia

What to expect on Days of our Lives

Sophia Choi's (Rachel Boyd) lies are catching up with her, but there are so many that she doesn't know where to turn. Sophia flies into a panic when Tate (Leo Howard) spots her doing something she shouldn't be doing, so she quickly covers for herself as she always does.

Later, when Tate sees Brady (Eric Martsolf), he has a confession to make to his dad, but does Brady also have a confession to make? Brady is stunned that the baby left at the firehouse is not Tate's baby when he was so sure the mystery would finally be solved. He asks Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) if she is sure, but she tells him the test was conclusive. Something very strange is going on, and Brady is still trying to get to the bottom of things.

Does he tell Tate his suspicions, while wondering how Tate and Tesoro were not a DNA match? That just adds more questions since the audience knows that Tesoro is indeed the baby that Sophia gave birth to in her bedroom after watching a YouTube tutorial. This means Tate is not the father, so who is?

Johnny and Chanel's heartache

Poor Chanel (Raven Bowens) can't believe her dreams of adopting a baby have fallen through again. In her mind, Johnny (Carson Boatman) is to blame. After all, evidence points toward him having an inappropriate relationship with Holly (Ashley Puzemis).

Johnny is completely confused because he only called Holly back to discuss an assignment. He certainly didn't take suggestive pictures of his former stepsister, who once had a crush on him.

When Johnny runs into Tate and Brady in Horton Town Square, he tells them about the debacle with the home visit. Does he mention the odd pic of Holly? Tate would certainly be interested in that, knowing it's not like Holly to suddenly get involved with her college professor, even if he is Johnny DiMera.

All eyes should be on Sophia, who is now the cause of so much panic, stress, and heartache. Perhaps someone will finally see through her innocent act...
