Here is your Days of our Lives spoilers video sneak peek for the week of May 12-16, 2025.
What to expect on Days of our Lives

Marlena (Deidre Hall) spent weeks in Estonia with Steve (Stephen Nichols) searching for John (the late Drake Hogestyn), but sadly returned to Salem without him. She decided to trust the ISA to get the job done and find her husband.
This week, she gets the news she's been waiting for. John has been found. Marlena is overcome with joy as she shares this information with Susan (Stacy Haiduk). Unfortunately, Susan gets a bad feeling about this and tells Marlena it's like someone just walked over her grave. That sends alarm bells through Marlena's head as she wonders if John's situation is more dire than she believed.
Race for the cure

Bo's (Peter Reckell) medical situation grows more dire by the day as the sepsis rages through his body. Steve and Shawn (Brandon Beemer) finally get into Dr. Jeffrey Russell's (Michael Dietz) lab only to find that his cure for sepsis is gone.
What they don't know is that Philip (John-Paul Lavoisier) hired someone to steal the serum. Everyone is after this magic medicine — and ownership of the hospital. Philip thinks this cure could make Titan-DiMera a fortune, but so do Alex (Robert Scott Wilson) and Xander (Paul Telfer). EJ wants in on the game, too, but does anyone think of Bo at all? Do they just want money or to save Victor's oldest son?
The truth about Johnny

Johnny (Carson Boatman) doesn't quite know what to say when Chanel (Raven Bowens) directly asks him if he is the one who shot EJ that fateful night. Roman (Josh Taylor) also thinks that Johnny did the deed and tells Kate (Lauren Koslow) that he knew Johnny took the gun out of the Brady Pub lockbox. Does Roman mention that he also had a gun and headed toward the DiMera mansion?
Paulina (Jackee Harry) also accuses Johnny of being an attempted murderer. Does Johnny deny the accusations? EJ also believes his son tried to kill him and is remorseless about it, but something seems a little off here. EJ's memories are not how things really played out the night someone put a bullet in EJ's chest.
