Tony (Thaao Penghlis) has been working for months to try to get DiMera Enterprises back into DiMera hands. He has shown a ruthless side we have not seen in Tony in years, and things are about to heat up this week.

During a press conference for One Stormy Night, Tony takes over and makes sure the press's attention is on him. Tony announces that he is suing the Kiriakis brothers for control of both Titan and DiMera, and he is not going to give up without a fight.

While DAYS has still not explained how Tony ended up being Stefano's (the late Joseph Mascolo) son after all, he is loyal to his father and toasts to Stefano's portrait on the wall. He is not going to let his father's life work end up with Victor Kiriakis's (the late John Aniston) sons and nephew.

Alex is ready for more

Despite Stephanie's (Abigail Klein) press conference going all wrong, Alex (Robert Scott Wilson) is determined to make things right and take his relationship with Stephanie to the next level. He hands her a key to his place across the hall and suggests that they move in together.

Is Stephanie ready for that level of commitment? Well, she was when she moved in with Chad (Billy Flynn) and his kids, but does she want to take that chance again after her relationship with Chad tanked so badly? At least she'd give Jada a place of her own for the first time since Jada (Elia Cantu) moved to Salem.

Tate tricks Sophia

While Brady (Eric Martsolf) works the DNA test and private investigator angle, Tate (Leo Howard) works Sophia (Rachel Boyd). After an argument with Holly (Ashley Puzemis), Tate invites Sophia to his dorm room and starts kissing her.

Tate feels that if he can get Sophia to trust him the way she once did, then maybe she will finally tell him the truth about what happened to their baby. However, Ari (Marissa Reyes) sees Sophia leaving Tate's room and might spill all to Holly.
