Holly (Ashley Puzemis) got the Christmas present she had been waiting for when Tate (Leo Howard) told her that he loved her for the very first time. They were alone at the Brady Pub, stealing some time together. It seemed like Tate was ready to tell Holly all about Sophia's pregnancy, but he chickened out and declared his love instead.

That doesn't mean that Tate still doesn't have trouble with Sophia (Madelyn Kientz). He vowed to help her in any way he could and understood that she didn't seem to want to go through with the pregnancy. They just have to leave town for Sophia to obtain an abortion without her parents knowing. As they try to go ahead with their plans, an oblivious Holly interrupts them.

Will Holly overhear anything that Tate and Sophia are talking about? Would she be supportive or horrified if she knew the truth about her former best friend? After all, Tate didn't keep his relationship with Sophia a secret. Holly knew what they were doing and knew the consequences.

How will EJ thwart Arnold?

EJ (Daniel Feuerriegel) never expected to ever deal with Arnold Feniger (Galen Gering) again. He hadn't heard from the man for nearly 14 years and liked it that way. But Arnold is now out of money and demanding more. He is also not about to leave Salem quietly. In fact, Arnold decides to move into the DiMera mansion for now, and EJ has to ensure nobody knows he is there.

Will Arnold's presence in town ruin things for Rafe (also Galen Gering) and Jada (Elia Cantu)? They are about to set a wedding date, thinking they don't have a care in the world, but with Rafe's doppelganger in town, their wedding might not go off without a hitch. The idea that Arnold is still alive has never crossed Rafe's mind.

Will EJ find a reason and a way to replace Rafe with Arnold again? If Rafe gets too close to finding out one of EJ's many secrets, Rafe may find himself in worse trouble than when Connie Viniskie (Julie Dove) put him in a coma earlier this year. Where is Sami (Alison Sweeney) to solve this problem when she's needed?
