It looks like Days of our Lives' Casey Moss (J.J. Deveraux) has gotten himself in a bit of trouble this week. The actor was arrested in Scottsdale, Arizona, on Monday morning for reportedly trying to punch a bartender.
Police were called to the W Hotel near Camelback and Scottsdale roads just after midnight following an incident that reportedly started with Moss being cut off from alcohol for being too intoxicated, ABC15 reports. Officers say the upset DAYS star first argued with the bartender while being restrained by a friend but was able to break free and allegedly tried to punch the barkeeper. Moss then reportedly shoved another hotel employee before eventually being tackled by a bouncer.
According to police, while they were taking the actor/singing into custody, he cursed at hotel staff and screamed, "I'm Casey Moss and I'm an actor on Days of our Lives."
Moss was transported to Scottsdale jail and now faces charges for assault, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest. No injuries were reported.
